In the event of non-delivery, please allow 21 days before contacting us (28 days for International customers). Postal regulations mean that unfortunately we cannot follow up on missing items before that time.

2. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a dispatch notification email. This email will contain the tracking number for your order and also the post service used to ship the item. You can use the tracking number on the courier’s website to track the shipment. Tracking numbers might depend on the delivery service which you choose.
3. What happens if I miss my delivery?
If you are unable to receive our delivery by the courier they will leave a delivery attempt notification letter. You will then need to arrange the collection of your item at their local depot.
4. What happens if I have a problem with my delivery.
We recommend that you inspect your order immediately once it arrives. If your item is damaged on delivery please contact us within 3 days. If you have any other problems with your delivery please contact us.
