We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day. All orders are dispatch by Post/Courier and should arrive within 24 hours (subject to stock availability). We use Fastways couriers for all our large items. These order are fully tracked and insured. All item are in stock and are shipped from our warehouses in Dublin (Irish orders) and Newry (UK orders).
In the event of non-delivery, please allow 12 working days before contacting us, as we do need to allow for postal delays before we can arrange a refund or replacement. If your order has not arrived after the 12 day period please contact our customer support team.

Returning an item:
Items can be returned to MemoryCards.ie within 14 days of receipt. Once this period has passed, we will only accept defective items covered under warranty.
- If an item is defective and not in working condition on arrival, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. We will issue you with return authorisation number for the item. All returned items must be returned in their original packaging and free from esthetic damage. Please include your name, ebay ID, email and reason for return in the email. Please carefully repack the item and return by registered post.
- All returned items will be tested and if found to be defective, a replacement item will be shipped to the buyer at the sellers expense. If a suitable replacement is not available, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued. Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non-refundable.
- If an item is found to be free from defects, the item will be returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense. Please note that the buyer is responsibe for any incurring costs in this instance. Please insure fully that the item is defective before returning.

In the event of non-delivery (12 working day must have passed) we require all customers to fill out our lost item form and return it to us. We can then investigate the whereabouts of the item and issue a refund or replacement.
